CALL FOR PAPERS

(A) PAPERS FOR PRESENTATION IN PARALLEL SESSIONS

Most parallel sessions at 6th Triple Helix Conference consist of individual paper presentations.

These papers should be based on academic research. Two types of papers may be submitted and if selected, presented at the conference:

1) Conceptual papers should develop strong arguments and new theoretical perspectives on issues related to the Triple Helix concept (i.e. a comprehensive review, support or confrontation of the existing literature to develop a new theoretical perspective).

2) Empirical papers should instead have a short and focused literature review to develop the research hypotheses, explain the methodology, present the data and their analysis, draw appropriate conclusions and discuss the theoretical and practical implications of the findings.

Each paper submitted in this category will be assigned a 15-20 minute time slot for the presenter to make an oral presentation of his or her work.

Presenters should prepare a 15 minute oral presentation including time for any overheads, video clips, or other multimedia components they may wish to include. The last few minutes of the time slot should be reserved for questions and discussion. Papers will be scheduled for presentation with other papers submitted in the same topic area (please see the provisional programme)
